Committed to people and communities
The Perth Mint is committed to the wellbeing of our people and the communities in which we operate. Priorities include ethical, sustainable supply chains and the safety and wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.
Modern slavery
Our voluntary Modern Slavery Statement details the importance of eliminating the risk of modern slavery across our business and supply chains and the actions we are taking to assess, address and remediate these risks.
Responsible sourcing
We aim to keep all precious metals and other material in our value chain free of the risk of money laundering, terrorist financing and human rights abuses.
Safety and wellbeing
The health and safety of all our employees and stakeholders is core to our values. Safety is our number one priority. One of the initiatives in our corporate strategy is to drive improved safety across all our sites. We set ambitious targets to reduce our annual Significant Incident Frequency Rate (SIFR) to less than one and our annual Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR) to less than two.
Our people
